The Cloak Factory Penthouse is 4000 sq ft. located in Downtown, Cleveland. This client wanted the ultimate bachelor pad and a sleek ultra-modern feel. We went with a neutral, black and white color pallet and brought depth and dimension to the space by adding different textures of furniture and leaving most of the exposed brick and duct work. All artwork was custom commissions by me.
