41 West is a luxury apartment complex that is located in Ohio City on Lorain Ave. The desired look for this project was modern but warm and homey to keep the same feel of the Ohio City area. We added a large scale 6ft x 9ft painting by me with a lot of texture and water color for a calming touch to the lobby. This property also has a large rooftop deck with amazing views.
